Quite a difficult task afterall. I was originally planing for a 28 day fast, but I'm stopping at 21 days :)

Fasting is challenging, week 3 was really painful, with stomachaches and I can't stand water's taste anymore :/

Anyway, now I'm 72.5 kg

Food is essential afterall, I consider this experience as a positive one. But really exhausting and demanding! If you consider doing it, think twice..

Day 1

This is my second water fast attempt. My first one ended last week with quite a remarkable outcome. I lost 10 kg overall (water weight, fat and muscle tissue). It lasted 10 days + 2 days of juice fasting to reintroduce myself into solid foods. It started at 3 of November and ended at 15 of Neovember. After a 5 days break, having regained mostly water weight, I begin Round 2 to achieve my desired goal of 75 kg until 7th of December. I consider 82 kg my starting weight. In order to maintain my weight at 75 kg after breaking the fast, I should now reach at least 72 kg so as to allow 2-3 kg of water weight to come back to my body.

Day 1 is always a challenge.You should familiarize yourself and your mind with the fact that for the next days/weeks no food is going to be consumed. Until now, no cravings or urges due to the fact that yesterday I ate a fairly big amount of food.
